Commissioning Artwork... We recognize that there are times when you'll see a piece of art in our gallery that resonates with you; however, the size may not be right, the color doesn't work, or any number of reasons that will deter you from purchasing that particular piece. We have a solution - commissioned work. Most of our artists will work with you to create a commissioned work of art. Though, most of the artists we represent aren't able to duplicate an original, they are able to create a piece that is similar in feeling, if not exactly in image. Get started by answering these questions - 1.  Which artist are you attracted to? 2.  What size artwork do you require? 3.  What color scheme? 4.  Is there a particular piece of artwork in the gallery that you are attracted to, but doesn't quite work? 5.  When would you like to have the completed artwork? 6.  What's your budget? Once you decide that you'd like to commission one of our artists including Aleta and Barbara, contact Pippin Meikle Fine Art to make arrangements. There is a 50% deposit on commission pieces and the balance becomes due when the artwork has been completed to your satisfaction. Timing will be established before the project gets underway.
